The “Girls lead” project aims to provide innovative and flexible ways for young women to participate in business and social learning, allowing them to act as a force for change in their local communities and the wider society, and thus overcome deprivation, inequality, education. disadvantage and social exclusion. The project is aimed at young women with the aim of contributing to the cultivation and strengthening of social thinking and youth confidence, the development of their leadership and deep social ties and the reduction of the opportunity gap for disadvantaged young people. It raises awareness of the changing needs of girls’ attitudes toward leadership and business thinking and learning, showing clear paths to excellence while implementing the measure of “building trust” and effective methodology for youth work. The activities of “girl leaders” include: Promoting the stories of the impact of women social entrepreneurs. Development of a curriculum for the girls’ leadership support training program · Development of a leadership support training kit for girls with digital material. Creating and piloting a “Motivation Center for Girls” as a model for exchanging social skills and business ideas · Creating and strengthening an online platform for interaction, communication and informing young women about opportunities with social entrepreneurship and tools for creating a business idea with a social impact.
