Το πρόγραμμα καλύπτει πλήρως τη διαμονή και τη διατροφή των συμμετεχόντων, καθώς και ΕΠΙΣΤΡΕΦΕΙ 170 ευρώ από το κόστος του ταξιδίου. Οι συμμετέχοντες καλούνται να κρατήσουν και να παραδώσουν στους διοργανωτές ΟΛΑ τα πρωτότυπα εισιτήρια και τιμολόγια που αφορούν στο ταξίδι τους από την πόλη προορισμού έως τον τόπο υλοποίησης της ανταλλαγής.
Όποιος ενδιαφέρεται να συμμετέχει, μπορεί να στείλει e-mail στο mobility@ngokane.org με τον κωδικό 13_YE_FR_2016 για να του στείλουμε τη φόρμα συμμετοχής. Σε περίπτωση που επιθυμείτε να συμμετάσχετε ως αρχηγός ομάδας, παρακαλώ όπως το αναφέρετε στο e-mail, και να μας στείλετε πληροφορίες ως προς την εμπειρία σας σε ανταλλαγές νέων και στο συντονισμό ομάδων νέων.

About the exchange :
25 youngsters coming from 5 countries (Bulgaria, Egypt, France, Greece, Hungary) will gather together in the South of France to exchange about the topic of equality. On the one hand, there will be some creative workshops with the means of music and dance, led by the participants, and on the other hand, we will have role plays and debates.
We will focus on 3 aspects of equality: gender equality, citizenship and the immigrants/ refugees. In the end of the exchange, we will create a charity performance with several pieces and we will offer the collected money to a regional association which helps the immigrants and refugees.
About the organizers:
In 2016, the Europe House of Nîmes created a platform, the Réseau Europ’Gard which enabled the local young people and the foreign youngsters staying in the department to meet and organise cultural events. A group of motivated members applied for the Erasmus+ grant and are ready to organise an awesome youth exchange for YOU! J
About the costs:
The accommodation, 3 meals per day, the cost of the activities, the transport between Nîmes and the guesthouse as well as during the activities, and the visa costs are covered. The travel costs will be reimbursed until up to 170€ per participant after the exchange after receiving the tickets and bills.
About the venue :
The exchange will be organised in a big guest house close to the nature, a river, waterfalls, at the foot of a mountain called Cévennes. The participants will also have the chance to discover Nîmes, “the French Rome” where some of the activities will be held.
The participants’ profile:
The ideal participant is interested in discussing about the topic of equality and has some experience, skills (or at least a high interest to gain some experience J) with music / dance. We expect the participants to be motivated, active and to always have a smile on their face! (Or at least after their morning coffees…)
